We ate here after a day at the Midway with family visiting from out of town. The location and atmosphere were truly great! Our waiter provided great service,... my wife accidentally spilled (a fair amount of) her alcoholic drink, and he offered (and then brought) her another one, just based on principle. Our main dishes were amazing. My swordfish in particular was spectacular! Overall, we definitely felt this worth the higher end price (but still attainable), because we definitely felt we received higher end atmosphere, service and dishes!!

It was pretty good. The clam chowder was great, the calamari was awesome, but our main course we felt left a lot to be desired. It could have been the dishes we ordered as well. The other part that was hard was that it was so incredibly loud in there. My husband and I sat across from each other at a pretty small table and we had to constantly repeat ourselves. It was good, but for what we paid, I think your paying for the view more than anything.

What a great experience. We ordered appetizer and local beer only just to check it out since we just ate. The place is clean and the atmosphere is busy and energetic. Our waiter did an awesome job. Wish I can remember his name to give him a shout out. While eating dinner, the ship next door started playing fireworks. I'm not sure if this is normal all the time but we love it. Great place for romantic dinner or to just get away. In our case, we just wanted to try something new. It was worth it.

So my visit to this place started off a little bad however the staff fixed all of the issues and it turned out to be a phenomenal time. It is more of a tourist destination and living in San Diego we tend to stay away from places like this due to the crowds. We went with a party of six and the wait was well over a hour due to the size of the crowd. Once seated they were so busy that they forgot about us . Once we ordered out food came out cold and it took sometime for the waitress to come back to the table. However she instantly realized by looking at the food that it was not right . They promptly remade everything and it was awesome. The manager came by and apologized and once the bill came they took 50% off as well as offered desert. They really were embarrassed by the mistake and duration of our visit. They went above and beyond to fix everything and turned a bad experience into a good one. Once the food was remade it was perfect and we were all happy. I truly appreciate the fact that they made everything right without use even asking. I would just recommend not to go on a holiday. Also remember to pay the parking meter even on Sunday as it is not free on Sunday like the rest of the city.

Deliciously FRESH is all I really care about when eating seafood! Goal reached! I love the location, the waterfront dining, and valet parking 👏the menu is diverse and caters to my inner fish-lover. I’ve eaten here dozens of times over the years ... and will keep going back. This picture was taken from our table while enjoying our crab cakes!
